Project Objective: ICT Based Training to Judges and staff members across 2200 locations in India and deployment of technical manpower at various E-Courts.
Project Brief: it is proposed to implement ICT in Indian judiciary in three phases over a period of five years. The project scope is to develop, deliver, install and implement automated decision making and decision support system in 700 courts of Delhi, Bombay, Kolkata & Chennai; 900 courts in the 29 capital city courts of states and UTs and 13000 district and subordinate courts. Shri Ram New horizons has been assigned to do the following tasks:-
1. Creation of Infrastructure And Upkeep Of Training Lab.- We got the order to impart training at 2200 locations in courts at district and taluka level. Equipments supplied by Shri Ram New Horizons for the purpose of training includes: Desktop/Laptop, LCD Projector, CD’s, Marker, Cables, Pad, Pen, Folder and other stationary Items. The maintenance of these items was responsibility of Shri Ram New Horizons.
2. Content Development & Software Installation -.The content of the program was created by Red hat in association with NIC and technical team of Shri Ram New Horizons. Printing of Course material, creation of tests, assignments, power point presentations, were done by Shri Ram New horizons for the purpose of imparting training to the judicial staff.
3. Manpower Deployment- Shri Ram New horizons deputed trainers at various locations who can impart the training to the nominated participants at each location. A team of Master trainers was created in each zone and approx. 2200 employees were recruited to conduct the training programme. These trainers imparted training at both district and taluka level to the nominated judges and staff members.
Subsequently, Department Of Information Technology, NIC, empanelled us to supply technical manpower required at various courts to manage the IT Infrastructure of the courts and provide basic training to the staff members. At present more than 150 employees of Shri Ram New Horizons have been deputed as Systems Officers and System Assistants at courts in various states of India.
