2. Who will take care of Legal approvals?
Shri Ram Team shall provide guidance and act as a consultant to you to make sense of the legal approvals. The onus of execution and completing the formalities shall be on the franchise partner.
3. What is the process of taking CBSE approval?
Shri Ram Team shall guide the franchise through the entire affiliation procedure by providing necessary knowhow, guidelines and consultancy. The only thing the franchise Partner needs to do is to abide by prescribed norms and take care of the final execution.
4. How to make a trust or society?
Shri Ram Team shall guide the Franchise Partner on how to form a trust after we sign the Franchisee Agreement. Shri Ram Team shall also give you guidance on the trust composition and other various aspects of trust formation. The end execution of the formation of the Trust has to be done by the franchise partner through his attorney.
5. What is Shri Ram role in over all process and how do they help in this?
Shri Ram Team shall provide end to end consultancy in setting up and operationalsing the school. The support spans from Trust Formation to Operationalising and capacity planning for the school.

Providing week by week project implementation plan, layout plan of the school, rolling out academic calendar, procurement of necessary classroom and lab equipments, recruitment of principal and teaching manpower, consultancy on all legal formalities and CBSE affiliation, Training to Principal and Teachers and counselors, Academic content, financial planning, overall school management, Brand management and marketing, Parents interactions, academic evaluation and content up gradation, setting up of school management committee, making lesson plans, Operationalising and capacity planning.
6. When will project break even?
Ideally it takes 2-3 years to break even in school operations however the capital break even shall depend upon the school location.
